What does the free tier cover?
Everything in the product today: the full precedent database across all 31 authorities, site history reports, planning analytics, the national map, development-plan search, and saved work — plus 25 cited AI queries a month. AI drafting draws on the same monthly allowance.
Can I pay online?
Not yet — there is no self-serve billing. The Professional pilot is set up personally by the founding team and invoiced. If the free AI allowance is holding your work back, ask for a pilot and we'll get you running the same day.
How do I access the API?
API keys can be created in the hub and are free during beta at moderate volumes. For sustained or high-volume use, bulk export or custom terms, contact us and we'll scope it together.
Will these prices change?
Probably, as the product matures — pilot customers keep the terms they signed up on for the agreed pilot period, and we'll always say plainly what is and isn't available.
